Intelligent Livestock Monitoring and Management pilot using IoT sensors, GPS, edge computing, and cloud analytics to monitor animals in extensive rural areas. Animals are equipped with devices that collect data on their movement and tracks, temperature, and activity.
AI-based models analyze this data to detect anomalies, predict reproductive events, and understand social dynamics within herds. Farmers can access insights via a web interface, enabling real-time tracking, improved animal welfare, and optimized productivity. The system aims at correlating grazing zones with outputs like milk or meat yield, enhancing farm management and productivity through data-driven decisions.

Energy management and Social Community
Our CLEVER use case transforms multi-tenant cooperative housing into an active, community-driven energy ecosystem that balances local sustainability with grid efficiency. By using localized edge AI to forecast solar generation and dynamic tariff windows, our platform automatically identifies optimal times for electricity usage, allowing residents to shift non-essential demand to low-cost, low-carbon hours and significantly reduce household energy bills.
-For energy distributors and grid operators, this coordinated, automated load-shifting plays a vital role in smoothing peak demand curves, stabilizing the regional electrical grid, and reducing infrastructure strain.
-At the community level, we engage residents through a gamified incentive platform that turns energy flexibility into a shared social practice, rewarding smart behaviors—such as scheduling laundry or e-bike charging during peak solar output—with redeemable credits for communal facilities, empowering housing cooperatives to actively lead the clean energy transition.

Cellar green transition and ESG reporting
We guided a historic local cellar through its green and digital transition by evaluating its entire wine production value chain—from vineyard management to cellar operations and distribution. Through specialized strategic consultancy, we established a comprehensive decarbonization roadmap and net-zero strategy, integrating innovative digital tracking tools to measure emissions and optimize resource efficiency. Our team navigated the cellar through European regulatory frameworks, preparing a structured, audit-ready foundation for ESG reporting in alignment with EU CSRD standards. This project successfully empowered the winery to minimize its environmental impact, guarantee compliance, and strengthen its competitive position as a leader in sustainable viticulture.

SYNTACTIC, a synthetic data lifecycle platform
SYNTACTIC project will deliver a platform that makes synthetic data reliable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose across sensitive, data-scarce domains. The platform integrates five coherent tools over a FAIR-by-design lifecycle: (i) Synthetic Data Generation with multi-modal GenAI (ii) Regulatory Auditing & Management providing automated checks against GDPR, the AI Act and the Data Act, legal-to-technical translation; (iii) Data Lifecycle Management; (iv) Cybersecurity enforcing zero-trust (v) an Interoperability DS Gateway.
SP3Inspire contributes to pilot validation #3 about developing effective Climate Change Adaptation Strategies and ensuring Compliance with the European Green Deal (EGD) overcoming the complexity, fragmentation, and even inconsistency of the available data, policy text and heterogenous documents, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings and reports that are difficult to process, compare, and interpret. The pilot will validate SYNTACTIC tools to enable the automated processing, interpretation, and strategic alignment of policy documents, corporate ESG reports, and legal texts with the requirements of the EGD.
